Program components of MASAP include:

Through membership dues and grant funding from private, federal and state sources, MASAP works closely with the Office of Substance Abuse, the Governor's Substance Abuse Services Commission, local, state and national behavioral health entities, and various Maine communities and agencies impacted by substance use and addictions.
