From Points North:
Take exit 112 off 95 South and go south on Route 27.  Proceed 2 miles to a blinking light (there will be a Cumberland Farms store on your left). Suite 200 is on the second floor to the left as you leave the elevator.

From Points South:
Take exit 109A From 95 North onto Route 202 east (Western Avenue).  Follow Western Avenue 1.3 miles to the rotary.  Take the third exit off the rotary and bear right onto Grove Street which turns into Water Street at the Fire Station. The Olde Federal Building is on the right at the bottom of the hill.  Suite 200 is on the second floor to the left as you leave the elevator.

Parking

The Olde Federal Building is part of the downtown Augusta Parking District.  There are one- and two-hour parking spots available (signage marks these spots).  If you plan to stay more than two hours, a day parking pass may be obtained from the Augusta Parking District, located at One Winthrop Street (just below Water Street and adjacent to the Parking Lot).  Day parking is in the upper level of the Winthrop Street parking garage.
