Job Description
Crossroads for Women, which offers Maine’s most comprehensive treatment for substance abuse and mental health specialized for women, is looking for a full-time Clinical Milieu Coordinator for its halfway house program in Portland. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in the mental health field and be a CADC (or eligible). Responsibilities include administrative assistant duties, assisting in maintaining a healthy, safe, supportive environment for residential clients and being a community liaison for the halfway house. The preferred candidate will interact well with clients, clinicians and the community, be detail-oriented, have strong computer skills and enjoy being part of a changing dynamic team.
